  1. Grill some thin beef (chadol)

  2. In a pot, add 2 spoons of soybean paste, 1 spoon of gochujang, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of soy sauce

  3. Add diced onions and veggies of your choice, like mushrooms and squash. Cook until onions turn clear.

  4. Add 1.5 cups of water

  5. Boil

  6. Add tofu and enoki mushroom and boil for 5 more minutes
