Overhyped ramyun spot with small portions
go knowing you'll have to order 3-4 things for 2 people, and only get reservations at a weird time on the weekday
overall was not wowed - neither dish we ordered was truly special. I did not get the vibe of “Korean comfort food” from the gochu ramyun which had solid broth but nowhere near as rich or as flavorful as other famous ramyun spots. The toro ssam bap is known for its uni and caviar, but it's underwhelmingly small and rather forgetful. Walked away hungry and wanting stronger flavor combos.
intimate, mostly tables of 2. Considering it was 5:15 on a weekday, it was pretty crowded.
